Klarna not refunded July '25, I purchased via Klarna two lots of items in two different sizes as needed clothes items for an event. Both packages came late and was ill fitting so I returned items beginning of July. Klarna was reimbursed for one order but not the other. Boohoo confirm receipt but have given vouchers for this said order. I don't want vouchers I want my original payment method, ie Klarna refunded. Boohoo are refusing to refund Klarna. This has been on going for a month and now they are saying it is out of Time to be evaluated. How do I get a refund as Klarna demanding payment.
