Con Artists I employed this company after finding them on Checkatrade. They attended my property on 7/11/23 to fix some leaks to my roof as rainwater was seeping in. after spending less than an hour on the issue, they said they had fixed the leaks, but had done no work whatsoever. As soon as the rain returned, the leaks remained and is causing damage to our internal ceilings and carpet. I have tried to contact them many times, but after an initial message saying that they would return, it is now 6 months later and no return. They ignore all calls or messages. I have written to them to ask for a full refund. I also went through checkatrade and they denied they were part of their group!.
