The monthly cashback has been one of the strongest parts of my experience, as it has operated consistently for several months and provided a predictable benefit. The performance achieved has been impressive and has allowed me to dream about achieving things I previously thought would take much longer. The Gold membership has been extremely worthwhile, especially because of the additional support and service level. My account manager and the trading floor manager have always been friendly, available, and willing to explain things clearly.
