DO NOT USE !!! Shambles ( read below) STEER CLEAR ! Absolutely shocking flooring , fitting and aftersales! Purchase herringbone engineered wood flooring , had it laid , only to find boards of different thicknesses , lipping boards , when complained they sent someone out who claimed that the issue was down to skirting being fitted ?? This despite the issue occurring a month before any skirting even being fitted ! As a senior site agent of over 29 years I would strongly advise not to use BWF , my only option now is to pursue through small claims courts , attached photos show lipping , lifting boards proof to skirting being fitted , and even 49kg of weights and a prop being used to brace the floor down because it was lifting !! But apparently it’s the invisible skirtings fault !!
