We were lucky enough to have Chris and his team do a total renovation on our 3 bed apartment in Dooradoyle. There was a water ingress problem, internal leaks and serious mould issues which made the apt unhabitable. Chris completed the apartment to an exceptional standard. He gave us so much help and advice every step of the way and even chose the colour scheme for us. They left everything spotless. We don't live in Limerick so the advantage of having a builder we could trust made everything hassle free. Most importantly Chris had us apply for the Vacant Homes Grant that we didn't even know existed which saved us €50,000. I couldn't recommend Pro Renovations enough.
