Disgusted Arranged to meet in Berkshire on Friday 29 August at 11am to receive quote for new windows. I specially drove 40 miles, - just as I arrived I got a phone call from Homeworks saying that the meeting is cancelled "because our guy had to go on site". Why should I spend thousands of ££'s on a firm which cannot even have the courtesy to turn up to a fixed appointment? Shocking treatment!
