Inconsistent product quality
The quality started off great with my first seven orders—consistent and as expected. However, my most recent experience was disappointing. I ordered the same product, expecting the same quality, but it was drastically inferior this time. Additionally, the hash products appear to be mislabeled, making it hard to trust what you're actually getting. Be cautious when ordering, as the reliability seems to have taken a hit. It took a week to review my concern and they basically told me I was full of it and offered %15 off more product that is crap. Taking my business elsewhere
