Never responded and hung up on us Very bad experience! They never gave an ETA on when the locksmith would arrive. After multiple calls over an hour time period they just kept saying ‘the technician will call you’ with an ETA. I finally called again saying that nobody was calling and that I just needed to know an approximate timeframe or when the technician would be calling. They just repeated ‘the technician will call you’. I then said - no - I have been told that multiple times but nobody is calling. I need to know from you what your general ETA is - people were waiting and waiting who were locked out of our house and it was late at night so I just needed a general idea at least of a timeframe. Instead the agent hung up on me! Wow! I immediately called a different locksmith and they gave me an ETA and everything worked out well. Keyme locksmith never did call back at all that night so I am so glad I called someone else or I would have waited forever with nobody caring. Terrible service and was really unfortunate. Just happy there was another reputable company available to help - thank God!
