My subscription was automatically renewed for 24 months, which is in clear breach of their own Terms and Conditions. On top of this, I was charged four times the current advertised price. Customer service has been extremely poor — when you contact their support team, nothing is resolved. Even though Asana Rebel may respond to this review, do not expect any meaningful action once you reach out to them directly. This practice feels deceptive, misleading, and exploitative. I will be lodging formal complaints and reporting this as fraudulent online shopping activity through the following official channels: Australia: ACCC – Report a Consumer Issue Worldwide: FTC – ReportFraud.gov Germany: Verbraucherzentrale – Beschwerde einreichen If you also feel you have been scammed, I strongly encourage you to report it to the appropriate body in your country. If enough people complain, Asana Rebel may eventually be forced to change their practices.
