10 stars are not enough for Gengatorz
If I could give 10 stars, it wouldn't be enough to tell you how great our experience was.
For four days after Hurricane Isaias a Pensacola generator company wouldn't return our calls and messages. The generator is under service contract. Late on the 4th day they sent out a person who knew nothing about internal combustion engines. He told his boss there was a hole in the block. Having raced cars , we checked the block and there was no hole.
The Pensacola company sent to us on the 5th day, Mr Phillip Broussard, who is with Gengatorz Power Systems. Phil volunteered his services in Pensacola FL after Hurricane Isaias. Phil got our generac running quickly. We had been without a working generator for 5 days. When Phil found out the generator belonged to a disabled veteran who just had heart surgery, he went above and beyond to take care of the situation. In speaking with Phil he mentioned he did generator rescue after Hurricane Ida. Phil puts people's medical needs first.
We wish we could have Phil Broussard continue servicing our generator, Phil is good people.
