Recurring unresolved issues Poor follow-up on recurring issues. Support does not address concerns properly, and the same problems keep occurring despite previous complaints. Very disappointing. Received an email saying my booking did not go through. Booked another motel. a few days later I was charged for the booking. NO refund I think this Company is doing this constantly
