Poor Service
The Generator Guys are not reliable. They installed a new Generac in early August but didn’t contact the county to inspect it and turn on the gas until almost a month later. After the hurricane on October 9th I discovered that I didn’t have a key to lock the lid. It blew up in the storm. On Monday Oct 12th I received notification that I needed service. It’s now Nov 4th and they have not called me back to schedule service. I’ve called them 4 times. Buyer beware! Choose a different installer for your needs.
