My experience with this company's return process has been completely unacceptable. Despite returning my item over a month ago, I have still not received my refund. The company repeatedly delayed the process and provided misinformation regarding the timeline.
Adding to the frustration, the company requires customers to pay for their own return shipping, which is an uncommon and **unbelievable** practice for an online business. They also failed to specify exactly what would be refunded in their instructions in the original "Email". Their lack of communication and transparency ultimately forced me to file a dispute to help get my money back
This is a poor way to conduct business. A company that boasts about its return policy should honor it in a timely and honest manner.
