Misdiagnosis led to unnecessary expense
Nick misdiagnosed my Sub Zero wine fridge issue, suggesting an unnecessary $1600 control board replacement within 20 minutes. After confirming with the manufacturer that the current board was fine, I called for clarification but received no response.
