I was also misled by the workshop that led me to believe that it was a social work type of field that required empathy and compassion to help seniors with the trauma of moving out of their home, selling all their things and entering a nursing care facility. I don't have the available money to become a real estate investor. I am a retiree living on social security only. They are telling me the money I gave them 2 days ago is not refundable and I haven't even watched one class.
