Terrible service and no accountability I have been a loyal customer for nearly ten years, but my most recent experience was beyond disappointing. They installed a TV on my outdoor patio, only for it to start falling off the wall. When I asked them to fix the issue, they claimed they no longer offer TV installation services. This excuse doesn’t address the poor workmanship they provided. They should take responsibility or subcontract the repair. If I could give zero stars, I would.
