Unreliable and caused major stress The delivery experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered medication needed urgently and was promised next-day delivery. Not only did it not arrive, but the delivery date was continuously pushed back and has remained static for days. I had to cancel the order, re-order, and now face going without crucial medication as a result. As a cancer patient, this has caused unnecessary stress and suffering. The lack of reliability is disappointing and unacceptable for something so critical.
