Avoid HappyBodies Gym – Unethical Billing and Shady Practices HappyBodies Gym has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. My partner and I canceled our memberships in September, returned our armbands, and followed every instruction provided by their staff. They assured us we were "done," and confirmed we only needed to submit the cancellation online, which we did—yet they’re still charging us! HappyBodies continued to bill us for months after we stopped using the gym, citing some vague "signature requirement" they never mentioned. Now they’ve escalated these “outstanding” invoices to a debt collector, so we might be forced to fight this in court. I find their business practices unethical, misleading, and seem designed to entrap customers in endless fees. If you’re considering joining HappyBodies, save yourself the stress and avoid this place at all costs!
