Terrible customer service
will never use this company again. I booked flights to Vietnam to fly on February 12th. I recently fractured my ankle and am wearing a surgical boot. As I had a pulmonary embolism after flying back from Mexico in 1998 with a broken leg ive beenprescribed anticoagulants. I'm unwilling to take a chance of flying until the boot comes off. So I'd like to change the flight dates
I have tried contacting Last Minute. None of their phone lines work. I have tried changing the dates online only to be repeatedly informed the dates are unavailable. Even though they are offering the dates on their sight. My advice, deal directly with the airline. At least if you have a problem, you can discuss it with someone. Last minute iust want to take your money and offer no after sales support.
