No Call/No Show
I was assigned Texas True Appliance Repair through Frigidaire for a scheduled service appointment. The appointment window passed without a technician arriving and without any communication regarding a delay or cancellation.
At 3:52 PM, after receiving no call or update, I contacted Frigidaire because it had become clear that no one was going to show up. During that conversation, I was told Texas True Appliance Repair had called and texted me. The only communication I received was the original appointment confirmation text. There were no missed calls, voicemails, or additional messages.
No service was performed, and my time was wasted waiting for an appointment that never occurred.
I hope Electrolux and Frigidaire reevaluate their partnership with this service provider, as this experience fell well short of reasonable customer service expectations.
