An oasis of customer service excellence
Having been blown off by the Jaguar main dealer with little empathy for my situation, Mike Allen service centre welcomed me at no-notice, investigated immediately on arrival and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. They were friendly, efficient and informative. This is a 5* business where so many these days have little or no time for customer service. Well done and I'll be back - Wholly recommended.
