Dishonest Company Dishonest Company. When you sign up, the don't say anything - but they won't actually service your property automatically. They send a spammy text (which you ofc ignore because who doesn't ignore spammy texts) and if you don't manually schedule with them they just don't service your property. Was with them a year until I realized they weren't having any problem billing me, but never once came out to service. AVOID
