Find yourselves an honest and reliable trader, not Redback. My issue has now been ongoing for 2 years with minimal correspondence from Redback. I have been through the Qld Office of Fair Trading twice now and all that’s left is court appointed negotiation which will be my next move. I seriously doubt the voracity of the 4 and 5 star reviews regarding the service and experience from this company because they are simply uncontactable and secretive. The one person who occasionally answered my emails has seemingly gone - Rizza, I can’t even find their email address in my emails, vanished. I doubt that I will ever see the replacement battery that I was told that I was approved for. Further, I have been told that the original warranty will apply to any replacement I might receive. This gives me no faith in the product and makes me wonder whether this will be an ongoing dance until the warranty runs out completely, just delay tactics, constantly. There is absolutely no place for this company to operate in the renewable energy space in this country given the questions over their honesty and reliability.
