Unfair dismissal without support
I had a deeply disappointing experience here. For years, I’ve relied on their care and endured painful injections for my back and neck issues. Now, facing hip surgery and still needing pain relief, they discharged me without warning, supposedly because of upcoming surgery and extra medication. It feels both unfair and dismissive, especially as someone managing chronic pain and arthritis at my age. Dropping a patient without sufficient notice or care shows a glaring lack of compassion. This experience leaves me questioning their priorities and concern for patients’ well-being.
