I was originally quoted $13,000 to replace the AC unit in my two-bedroom home, while other companies estimated around $8,300. After I didn’t respond, they reduced their offer to $11,000 and then to $8,500, which is close to the other quotes I’d received. This experience has left me questioning their trustworthiness. I strongly recommend shopping around for better quotes before deciding. I won’t be using their services again.
