Beautiful Designs, Incredible customer support
The anxiety affirmation cards and the reframing your thoughts toolkit (6-12yo) are beautifully designed and I can't wait to use them with the children and young people I work with.
However, the main reason for my 5 star review is the incredible customer support. I was having an issue downloading the affirmation cards and Michelle spent her whole evening emailing, texting and calling me back and forth trying to resolve the problem. I honestly thought, after the third failed link, I'd have to give up any hope of getting the document to download, but Michelle persevered and found a way! Definitely worth it as well :)

Thank you so much for your feedback. So pleased you’re happy with your anxiety and reframing toolkits. I love how the two sets compliment each other. Happy exploring 😊 And it’s a pleasure to be able to help resolve things regarding the download. I always appreciate good customer service when I come across it, and I love being able to provide it with my small business 💛🌈
