Thorough Physical Workout. The basic designed physical workout done 3 times a seek has given mee more strength and flexibility. I played hockey for over 40 years which did a number on my body. Mark also supplements the basics with additional exercises aimed at helping to ease problems I’ve had after a hip replacement. He is very interactive and my observations and conversations with other people here shows that they are also very satisfied with their experience.
