Strongly advise against buying from them
I give this company 1 at a push and that is only because all of the many many pieces of jewellery I have are lovely however their customer service alone meansI will never ever buy from them again. It is simply not worth it. I have been battling with them now for 3 months, I bought a ring from them in store when on holiday and a few weeks later it broke. They came across very helpful, giving off the impression it would all be sorted in no time. Not the case. Every email is either wrote through A.I. meaning for the past 3 months I have had to repeat myself over and over and over again OR they simply do not understand/care what you're saying. It is no exaggeration to say that my issue would have been a very very simply fix, send out a new ring. They instead are choosing to keep me stringing along blaming 'technical issues shipping to my address'. I have ordered (separately) 2 necklaces, 3 rings and 3 sets of earrings to my home address previously and never had an issue. After requesting for a phone number to talk to somebody around 4 times with no luck and requesting to speak to a manager around 5 times to which I was just ignored and sent a lengthy A.I response about how important my issue was to them and how they would let me know when it was resolved, I have reported them to trading standards and had the item sent to a family members address who lives overseas and I am then going to have to pay to have it shipped here. Absolutely ridiculous. Incredibly disappointing to be such an awful awful experience.
