Terrible customer service Placed my order over 4 weeks ago and still waiting. There product is phenomenal, if it shows up. They sent my order by Canada Post AFTER Canada Post had given the 72 hour notice. They should've preemptively switched shipping options like everybody else before the strike took place. Tried reaching out and they essentially told me too bad, my problem.. terrible customer service. Now they won't even respond to me
