Poor customer service
I placed an order online , I failed to realize that I was completely out of contacts so I called customer support, I explained to the lady my situation about being out of contacts, she “offered” to upgrade my shipping to 2day with no additional charge , the called dropped , I called back there was a long delay so I put in a request for a call back, a rep called me back , I explained to her what happened, she told me there was no records of my conversation with the previous associate (she made me feel like she thought I was lying) so I cancelled my order … I will never order from this company again … please remove my email from your distro list …
