Disappointing service and zero accountability
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I ordered a pair of prescription glasses for over $700, expecting a premium product and reliable service. Instead, the delivery was delayed for over three weeks, missing two promised delivery dates. They ultimately shipped the glasses via USPS, and the package was lost in transit. After filing a formal claim and providing a signed affidavit, the company completely refused my claim and stated there was nothing they could do. A reputable business should ensure their product actually reaches the customer and take responsibility when a carrier loses a package. I will never purchase from them again and highly advise others to look elsewhere.
