Never again Went in for diagnostics as ad blue fault light on - cleared it with their diagnostic tool but the fault lights came back on within a few hours . I called over several days trying to get a quote to fix whatever the fault code had shown but never got a call back . This was following a mot and service (they did not check the ad blue - I as expected) I’d had done a few months before costing me £600 . The week that after the skid plate fell off my car whilst driving and when I went in to have it refixed I was told not to bother - it was not needed . I am now wondering if they have cost me a lot more than £600 … I have had the car 5+ years with no major issues and now I have used them I have to get rid of it . Awful
