My Experience with the Platform So Far
My experience with eCapital Management Pty over the past Two years has been very positive. One of the things I have appreciated most is the consistency of the monthly cashback process, which has been working as expected and arriving on time.
The account performance has also been encouraging and has allowed me to think bigger about my financial goals and future plans. It has given me opportunities I had not previously considered, including improving my personal financial position.
The Gold level membership has been extremely rewarding and, in my opinion, worth the additional benefits and support provided.
I have also been impressed by the support from my account manager and the trading floor manager, who have both been approachable, helpful, and professional throughout the journey.
I believe it is important for people to do their own research and not rely only on one source of information. Banks have their own commercial interests, and every person should make decisions based on proper understanding and their own circumstances.
Being regulated, with both including ASIC and AFSL requirements, was also an important factor in giving me confidence. I believe the best approach is to look at all options objectively rather than relying on only one source of advice, especially when different institutions may have their own business considerations and priorities
