Simply poor build quality and weak welds. I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the company. I purchased this catalytic converter for my 2006 Toyota Sienna, installed it correctly, and it failed after only 16,000 miles. The welds completely gave out after just 10 months and 17 days of normal driving. That is completely unacceptable for a part that should last years. What’s even worse is the company refused to stand behind their product. They told me it’s out of warranty — which, unbelievably, is only 30 days. A 30-day warranty on a catalytic converter is a joke and clearly shows they don’t have confidence in their own product. This wasn’t an installation issue. The rest of my exhaust system is solid — this was simply poor build quality and weak welds. Now I’m stuck paying again to replace a part that should have lasted much longer. Save yourself the headache and avoid this product. Spend your money on something built to last.
