disobedient of request
i asked for a eyebrow tint and thread and the services i was given was eyebrow waxing and tint of the wrong colour. i asked for them not to be too dark but the medium brown colour and when i was told they were finished the colour on the eyebrows was bleach which was blonder then the state my original eyebrows were in. i then asked if i could get a shade darker and once they dye from that colour was removed and i was presented a mirror the issue arises that the shape was uneven and my right eyebrow was significantly thinner and looked like i had a inner slit. when i asked the beautician how that happened she said “you flinched and moved” when in fact she should of taken accountability for her error. on departure of allure beauty botany i was charged $30 for a service that made my eyebrows look worse then when i originally went in
