Unresponsive and disappointing service I purchased a basic cover artwork package during a promotion but delayed using it while finishing my book. Unfortunately, I lost the link sent to proceed with the order. Despite contacting their support multiple times over the past months, I have received no responses. There seems to be no effective way to communicate or resolve issues, leaving me extremely disappointed. This experience feels untrustworthy, and I regret purchasing their services.
