Lousy customer appreciation
No show, no call. Contact them - "tomorrow or Saturday for sure". No show, no call. This is AFTER I explained my back was out and we had plans to be out of town Sunday. Nope. Didn't matter. No show, no call. I ended up doing it myself, so now my coolers are running and my back is a real mess. Thanks for nothing.
