I have been a BIG fan of Kortney's for over 10 years and I can't imagine my staff training without her. Kortney does an excellent job communicating with my team helping them learn their strengths as a team, how to manage children and emotions, deescalation techniques and so so so much more! Her passion and enthusiasm are contagious to say the least.
