Excellent service and very competitive prices I first bought a furnace from Cozy World about 16 years ago and just upgraded to a new, more efficient model. I had been using another company for maintenance and got a quote from them for a Lennox furnace, but when I checked my old paperwork and saw that Cozy World had installed the original one, I decided to call them. I am so glad I did. They recommended the exact same model for about 25% less than the competitor’s price. The installation was right on schedule, done perfectly, and they added a great new Lennox electronic thermostat that I can control from my phone. They left the furnace room spotless and took away the old unit and all materials. What really impressed me is that Fred, whose name was on my original receipt 16 years ago, is still there, which says a lot about the company. Cozy World is efficient, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I will be using them for my furnace and air conditioning service going forward. Highly recommended!
