good lord, edreams is terrible. Book directly with airlines, never a 3rd party by mistake especially
Just awful. I normally wouldn't even go through third party apps for travel reservation, but I was routed there from Kayak which usually routes directly to the airline. I actually thought I was booking directly with the airline... The mobile website was extremely glitchy and I made a duplicate reservation somehow, which they would NOT refund! The regular website is so awful, you get routed in circles trying to change or cancel things. They do not make it easy to contact customer service. You get routed to FAQ pages, policy and terms pages, I finally found out how to reach them through the Complaints tab where I got to chat with a bot which after multiple request to speak to a human, possibly let a human take over the chat (but how can you even tell these days). The possible human agent was unable to issue a refund for the duplicate reservation even though it was due to an error on their website. I asked multiple time for a phone number. I finally got this number which will put you on hold and hang up on you. (Six five zero two one five five one eight nine OR + one six five zero two one five five one eight nine). This company SUUUUUUUCCCCKkS . Do not use.
