Avoid this company at all cost!
How this company continues to operate is beyond me.
My experience was absolutely terrible!
Don’t be misled by their showroom or their advertised all-in-one service for bathroom renovations.
Once the contract was signed and the deposit paid, progress came to a halt. My two rooms were left sitting empty for over a month after demolition, while I repeatedly called and left messages just to get updates.
They frequently contradicted themselves with excuses and cited a lack of tradespeople as the reason for endless delays. They didn’t protect my floors, left live wires exposed, and even cut power to unrelated outlets.
After two months of stress and frustration with no progress, I had to cancel the contract, only to be hit with an outrageous $11k restocking fee for items that hadn’t even been ordered.
Avoid this company at all costs!
