Order not received even after a year I placed an order on 15th April 2025 and paid the full amount, but I still haven’t received my order after more than a year. Despite repeated attempts to contact them via email and WhatsApp, all I get are automated responses with no resolution. This level of service is unacceptable, and I feel completely ignored and disappointed. I trusted them, but now I’m left without my product or any support.
