Unprofessional and ineffective service I found this service to be extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Despite multiple visits and substantial costs (£135 for 3 visits), they failed to resolve a simple rat problem. The owner was dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to consider customer input, which made the experience even more frustrating. I eventually solved the issue myself with a £10 rat trap. They also provided misinformation to neighbours and never followed up after completing the visits. This was a costly mistake, and I cannot recommend them.
