Refused to return overcharged amount
They overcharged my account and even admitted it. It was for a subscription i didn’t remember signing up for. Lost that appeal but they have refused to return the overcharged amount. They have not treated me fairly and so I’d be really careful if you decide to do business with this company. I would never again.
