Scam: They hit you with endless fees The entire experience was terrible. They constantly added hidden fees, making it feel like a scam. I was charged $88 for a booking fee to select a seat on top of paying to select a seat. Upgrading to a flight with baggage was $222 per person, far more expensive than booking directly with the airline for the same upgrade. When I realized what scam it was I wanted to cancel the flight within 24h but there was another $75 fee per person to cancel within 24 hours, even though the airline wouldn’t charge for that. Wait times were over hour just to chat with someone. While the upfront price might seem lower, they will charge unreasonable fees for everything. I now have to pay $330 per bag for three people—absolutely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs. These practices should be illegal.
