Lack of proactivity and underwhelming nannies
Contacted Daneh with an urgent case of departing nanny. Had to chase and push every step of the way to get candidates through. After much hassle, received a weak set of under-qualified nannies. Would not recommend.

Dear Katie,
Thank you for your feedback. As a valued returning client, we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
We'd like to clarify a few points regarding our recent interaction:
Timeline: You contacted us on November 4th regarding a nanny position with a January start date. While we understand the importance of planning ahead, this timeline doesn't align with the "urgent case" mentioned in your review.
Your search lasted just 6 days before you found your own candidate, with the first 3 days dedicated to confirming your specific requirements—a vital step in our matching process. Once we had your confirmed criteria, we promptly began our search, working efficiently to identify suitable candidates for the position starting in two months.
Salary Considerations: As discussed, the offered salary was below the current market rate, which limited the candidate pool. Despite this challenge, we strived to find suitable matches.
Refund Request: We received your refund only a few days after beginning our search. While we couldn't provide a refund due to work already undertaken, we continued our efforts to assist you.
Candidate Submissions: Despite the timeframe we provided several candidates meeting your criteria within the given constraints. We're sorry you found them unsuitable.
Changed Circumstances: We understand that finding a candidate independently may have influenced your perception of our submitted candidates.
We always aim to provide high-quality service and regret that we couldn't meet your expectations on this occasion. We value your feedback and would welcome the opportunity to discuss this further. Please feel free to contact us directly to address any remaining concerns.
Thank you for your understanding. We hope to have the chance to serve you better in the future.
Best regards,
Team Yaya
