Electrical installation done incorrectly on both the solar and mains sides of the inverter leaving us with only partial power over night
Checkwatt device damaged during installation and not yet replaced after a month, even though the spare part has been here for two weeks.
Devices not setup properly and notifications to the electricity company not filled out correctly, meaning we had to correct the situation ourselves and it took a few weeks to receive permission to turn in our system.
Constant promises that the installers will be in touch about finishing the installation. Yet no contact.
I have waited for the situation to be resolved before writing a review. However I have waited too long.
I will update the review once we have had our roof inspected for damage. The quality of if the work so far means we are paying external contactors to inspect the system and ensure that our electrics are safe and compliant with regulations.
