Scammers / No Technical Understanding Absolutely harassment. after one email enquiry i received over 5 phone calls with a 1hr period. there was not urgency noted in my request. Once i spoke to them i realised that the person on the phone had no understanding of technical issues at all and could only recomend that someone come out for a call out fee or i bring the item in for assesment even after I confirmed the exact circuit board component that required replacement. Once i called Kathy out she proceed to hang up on me and did this again on call back. Massive Scam
