Customer service Terrible company to deal with. The Spoke with 4 different people. 2 customer service reps and 2 so-called supervisors. All 4 gave me a different story. 3 day, 5 days, 7 days and 10 days grace period. I received November 19th, 2024 statement on Monday January 27th, 2025'. I paid the loan off and now are requesting I pay the interest. This company is bad, stay away if you are getting solar!! I asked all four individual s for the names of the CFO & CEO and they would not provide and 2 did not know what CFO or CEO meant. Further I asked for corporate headquarters telephone and they would provide it. I don't think they knew the number.
