Buyer Beware - company cancels orders but keeps money
The company failed to list my apartment number on the shipment and then blamed me for it. They finally canceled the order as I was not in town when it would be reshipped - only to find out over a month later, they still had not refunded the money and I was still making payments to Affirm. They asked me to cancel the dispute with Affirm but I no longer trust them and have already disputed the charges through my bank. A company that cancels an order but doesn’t refund the money is nothing more than a fraud.
